FrancoTech: Trade Fair for innovation in French

FrancoTech will be held in Paris on 3 and 4 October at STATION F, at the initiative of the General Secretariat of the Francophonie Summit and in partnership with Business France and the Alliance of Francophone Employers. It aims to promote innovation in French, strengthen the Francophone economic space and foster business contacts.


The economic dimension of the Summit

1 500 professionals, Heads of States and Governments, delegations of entrepreneurs from more than 100 countries will meet in order to stimulates and favour innovation, partnerships and success in French. 

Five themes will be explored in panels, thematic workshops, B2B meetings and an exhibition space:  

  • Artificial intelligence: Explore opportunities and challenges linked to the development of digital technologies, data security and AI integration in the businesses and medical sectors of the Francophone space. 
  • Energy transition: Encourage discussion of solutions and initiatives to speed up the energy transition in Francophone countries, with a focus on developing green hydrogen and the countries’ decarbonization goals.  
  • Human capital: Highlight education and training initiatives aimed at developing Francophone talent in strategic sectors, focusing on young people and gender equality. 
  • Logistics and food security: Explore the challenges and opportunities of food security, logistics, transport and infrastructure in the Francophone economic environment. 
  • Financing of innovation: Underline financing solutions for businesses and measures aimed at supporting investors in Francophone countries.
